The purpose is to provide suitable information for students to manage their income, expenses, and debt. This will empower them to take control of their financial future.
As an avid learner of this topic, I have read in great detail about financial planning, and I have also done similar projects under the same topic. Last semester, for example, in my Writing for Business and the Professions class, my final project was based on student loans and how Rutgers can help students manage, and tackle their debt. Some people, may find this topic to be unimportant, boring or even unnecessary. However, proper financial literacy can greatly benefit and transform our lives. Everyone has a different socioeconomic background, but the fact is that no matter what your standard of living may be, being able to make fitting financial decisions is a life skill that will allow individuals to live a better life.
